Wooden house, built in 1957, renovated several times. The entire second floor of the house is in use, own entrance from the yard. The yard is also for your own use. The nearest neighbor is on the lower floor of the house, entrance from the road side.

Pets are allowed, but large dogs are only allowed in their own space, designated by the owner.

The house is heated by district heating. Washing machine with a drying functionality.

Ski resort of Kirintövaara 6 km. From the center of Posio, ski trails e.g. Kirintövaara and the wilderness-style ski trail to fell Karitunturi. Riisitunturi National Park 30 km.
Lake Livojärvi with sand beaches 16 km. Korouoma canyon 35 km. 60 km to Ruka (via Tolva village). 75 km to Iso-Syötte. Ranua Zoo 90 km.
Good cloudberry picking areas in Posio and Ranua are easily accessible.
